For tenants and landlords, and a variety of properties, including studio flats and homes with multiple stories, an end of tenancy task list can be used to guarantee that the customer receives the satisfaction that they deserve. Having an end of tenancy task list can help customers receive the cleaning that they require. The list makes it easier for customers to communicate their ideas to the business that they hire. If customers have specific wishes and requirements, then it may be easier to have a set list; so that they can see exactly what guidelines a specific cleaning service offers. Having an end of tenancy task list not only benefits customers, but the service providers can also reap the benefits of the list. With that being said, a written list of tasks and skills that can be provided is a beneficiary addition to both customers and businesses.

At an End of a Tenancy Agreement you may be required to also carry out External Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. Should you choose to hire a firm to carry out an End of Tenancy Clean you may want to note that these services are generally sold separately
