Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist
other staff in the organisation with their inquiries
Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers
and faxes
Interview job applicants
Be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job
descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
Conduct orientation programs for new employees
Administer salaries and work out leave entitlements
Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using word-
processing equipment
Sort and file papers and documents
Review and answer correspondence
Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and
inventory controls and make recommendations to management
Undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions.
Requirements: Previous experience is essential
Must be computer literate
Able to supervise
Good oral and written communication skills
Well organised.
CleanerDuties may include Required to work in offices or contracted
sites.
Generally between 2, 3, 4 hours per day shifts
Duties will include
emptying bins
vacuuming
dusting polishing
washroom
cleaning
kitchen cleaning
and all aspects of general cleaning.
